Your tasks
In this versatile role, you will support our sales team and take on the following tasks:
Sales administration: Review of sales contracts & planning of work up to vehicle handover, conclusion and processing of warranties, preparation of vehicle invoices, digitization of sales files
Customer communication: Customer support after the sale and delivery of the vehicles including explanation of the functions
Disposition: Moving vehicles between locations, technical demonstrations and redemption at the road traffic office

This is what you bring with you
Completed vocational training , ideally in a commercial or automotive field
Professional experience is not required - what matters is your affinity for the automotive world and enjoyment of customer contact.
Very good written and spoken German skills ; foreign languages are an advantage but not required
Category B driving license available – you bring with you the joy of driving a variety of vehicles
You are reliable , eager to learn and feel comfortable in a lively and dynamic working environment
Excel & Co. are not a hurdle for you, but practical tools to keep track of things - structured and organized work is your thing

Garage Reusser AG is an owner-managed family business with its headquarters in Oberwinterthur and additional locations in Hettlingen and Winterthur-Seen. Founded 100 years ago, the garage is now run by the fourth generation. While we initially serviced tractors and agricultural machinery, today we specialize in vehicles from the Volkswagen Group (VW, Audi, Seat, and Skoda).
With around 30 employees, we ensure that our customers navigate traffic safely. We are confident that we are most successful when our employees can develop in a trusting environment.
